It is our pleasure to inform you that the second “European Border Dialogues” conference – a European forum for cross-border cooperation in a Wider Europe will take place in the city of Elblag (Poland) during November 17-18, 2011. The conference will convene under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, in cooperation with partner organizations from the Kaliningrad Region of the Russian Federation and with the Warmian-Masurian voivodeship and the city of Elblag in Poland. Several independent think tanks and civil society organizations active in cross-border cooperation are actively engaged in launching this annual event focused on cross-border cooperation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway and the Barents Secretariat are important partners in this undertaking as well.
