Prague Border Dialogues Seminar took place in January 14 – 16, 2011. The main goal of this working session was concrete discussion of the next steps within the framework of the “Border Dialogues” project. The main focus of the meeting was to further develop the Cross Border Cooperation Index (CBC Index), capacity building aspects of the project, funding possibilities as well as the preparations for the 2nd European Forum on CBC in Kaliningrad/Elblag. The seminar was attended by participants from more than seven countries( Rune Rafaelsen, Barents Secretatiat Aileen Espiritu, Barents Institute Sergey Ustich, Institute for Transfrontier Cooperation Alexey Ignatiev, Kaliningrad Regional Economic Development Agency. We vere also honored to welcome representatives from Polish and Slovak Statistic Offices.
